Why my class?

I stress proper form and ladder my classes to include more intense drills weekly, in order to keep participants challenged and always working hard.

How do you motivate participants?

It is important to have great music, to include new and different drills and scenarios to keep interest, and to repeat some drills periodically to test our fitness progression.  I like to encourage the participants to keep coming back. I work hard to make the class a terrific experience for everyone attending.

Why do you teach group fitness? 

I like to work with the participants as we all ride together, concentrating on proper form. I include scenarios to mimic an actual outdoor experience, while incorporating some drills that will make us all stronger. I have years of experience teaching dance and step aerobics which makes me comfortable leading a cycling class.
