Fitness philosophy

The most effective workout is the one you enjoy the most

Fitness interests & other hobbies

Whether it be strength workouts, running, or stretching, I love moving to music and discovering new music. I love to be outdoors and connect with nature. I enjoy hiking (the greater the elevation the better), crafting/making gifts for others, and bringing people together to do good for the community or to do something beneficial for their own health.

Why my class?

WERQ will empower you to own the skin you're in and the movement of your body. To WERQ is to escape.

Why do you teach Group Fitness? 

To empower others to move their body and feel confident in their own skin

How do you motivate participants?

I give them all my energy and show them that I am having the time of my life while with them!

There are no mistakes in WERQ, only solos!
