Why my class?

My barre classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. My classes will improve your balance, build strength, and improve stability through a stronger core.

How do you motivate participants? 

I motivate clients with a high-energy class and listening to great music. I offer lots of modifications, while helping clients reach their edge.
