Fitness Philosophy
Fitness should be a lifestyle of strength and motivation with a feeling of pure enjoyment from physical activity.
Fitness Interests & Other Hobbies
Strength training, following my two sons around watching them play sports, and walking my dog Bella.
Why my class?
My classes are challenging yet fun!
How do you motivate participants?
By giving my participants positive words of encouragement like “yes you can!” and 3 “B’s” Be here, Be Strong, and Be somebody!
What types of classes can you teach?
Strength, Cardio, Intervals, Bootcamp, Cycle, Silver Sneakers, Cardio Dance
Why do you teach group fitness?
I love to look out at my participants faces and see the will, determination and smiles knowing that they are loving what they are doing and having fun doing it and therefore I get my own personal gratification that I’m helping them feel that way and accomplishing their fitness goals!

CPR/AED, TRX, Zumba, Pound, Resistance Training, SIlver Sneakers(circuit and water), Gliding, Partner Intervals, Bootcamp

"New and old pop."
