In this workshop, children will experience the joys of yoga and mindfulness-based strategies through practicing playful yoga poses, interactive games, and songs, while also using breathwork and imagery to introduce mindfulness and meditation. Children will learn about self-acceptance, self-love, and the importance of showing kindness to others. This class will help to build strength and flexibility, coordination, body awareness, and give children positive tools for the rest of their lives.
