Free Women on Weights (WoW) Workshop



Love Your Body week presents a special Women on Weights (WoW) workshop 10:15 - 11:45 AM Sunday, Feb. 16 at RSRC with RecSports, free and open to campus. Please reserve your spot online via RecRegister. Doors will open at 10 AM for those attending the workshop. Anyone interested in using the facility for other purposes must wait until the building officially opens at 12 PM.

For women taught by women! Benefits of WOW include:

  • Understanding basic exercise terminology
  • Understanding the benefits of weight training for women
  • Increasing confidence with equipment and weight room
  • Understanding of proper exercise form and technique
