Want to try Zumba®, Beat Biking, Yoga, or Pump It Up? Try It You’ll Like It Week is the perfect opportunity to try our Group Fitness Classes or F.A.S.T. Classes (open to faculty, staff, retirees, and their spouses) for free! Free classes are offered January 14 – 20. No pre-registration required, just show up! Participants are encouraged to arrive early to secure a spot. The regular paid schedule begins Monday, January 21. Join us for a fun filled, fit spring semester!
