How do you motivate participants?

I encourage my clients to push through in their workouts and remind them of their goals and why they started the whole process. I tell them I want them to prove to themselves that they're capable of achieving anything.

What are your fitness interests and other hobbies? 

Bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, and general fitness

What is your fitness philosophy?

Train to become the best version of yourself physically, mentally and spiritually

Why should participants register for your courses?

I am a fun and outgoing trainer, I care about clients' personal goals as well as their wellbeing.

What has been your most rewarding moment as a trainer?

Being able to train and help one of my clients who had neck surgery to raise her arms over her head for the first time in 6 years post surgery.

What is your favorite style of music to play in class?

Pop workout music or any genre/ artist my client suggests
