What's your fitness philosophy?

Our bodies are amazing machines that can do anything our mind tells it to. We are given one body on this earth and we should not waste it, but instead push our bodies to the limit to see what they are truly capable of accomplishing.

How do you motivate participants?

Every client is different in what motivates them, so I tailor how I motivate people to the individual person. Some people I will be a cheerleader, other people a coach, other people a training partner, and other people a type of drill sergeant.

Most rewarding moment

I have had a couple rewarding moments as a trainer. One would be that one of my clients made it through selection and training for the special forces by following my program. Another client won her bodybuilding show my following my program. Another client placed top 10 in a triathlon by following my program. Another client placed top 10 in a Spartan Race by following my program. Another client lost 60 pounds in 1 year by following my program.

Fitness hobbies & other interests

I regularly train and compete in obstacle course racing, power-lifting, all types of running distance races, and mountain races. I also love to hike, bike, swim, rock climb, and kayak. Outside of fitness I live on a farm and barrel race my horses. I also have two dogs.
