What's your fitness philosophy?
Fitness is for everybody! It's never too late to get started, no matter your age or physical condition- the important part is you get moving.
How do you motivate participants?
I focus on gearing participant workouts towards their interests and keeping it fun. I'm always looking for exciting new exercises to integrate into training sessions that are "outside the box" to keep clients engaged and wondering what's coming next.
Most rewarding moment
Being told that my training style truly encouraged a client's confidence, making them want to keep going and try harder.
Fitness hobbies & other interests
I am a NPC Bodybuilding competitor, love running, trying out new vegan recipes, and geeking out at fitness and comic conventions!
