If you don't give 100% of your effort, you can't expect 100% of results.

How do you motivate participants?

I motivate through encouragement and assistance toward attainable goals. Ultimately, my mission is to bring out intrinsic motivation in them to workout since my clients cannot be with me forever (unfortunately).

Most rewarding moment 

Every time I can teach a client to properly and safely squat, it gives me a good feeling.

Fitness hobbies & other interests 

I am interested in hypertrophy training and becoming the best I can be in terms of genetic potential. Outside of fitness, I love fishing, listening to music, cooking, and Pokémon games.
