Why did you become a Personal Trainer?
After the sixth grade I became pretty inactive and found a loop hole in our education system which allowed me to bypass PE for the duration of my middle and high school education. During my senior year, I became unhappy with my level of fitness and quite frankly how I looked and felt. I joined a local YMCA and began training myself. With consistent training and diet modifications, I noticed an improvement in my physical appearance, confidence, and overall state of mind. Being naturally attracted to educating and helping others, personal training seemed like the right career path for me. After all, I wanted to share what I achieved through working out with others.
What is your personal go-to workout?
I love a challenging HIIT workout
How would you describe your personal training sessions? What type of training do you like to take your clients through?
Functional -- generally circuit; but I change my training style based on my clients' needs, fitness level, and limitations.
