What's your fitness philosophy? 

Fitness goes beyond what you see in the mirror, the time spent at the gym, or the amount of weight you lift - it's a way of life which involves balancing nutrition, physical activity, rest, & positive thinking. Fitness isn't meant to come easy, but it's definitely worth the investment.

How do you motivate participants?

Encouraging words go a long way! And when words aren't enough, jumping in and performing the exercise alongside my client usually does the trick.

Most rewarding moment

Every time I work with a client, it's a rewarding moment! It's a true blessing to witness their improvements, their faces after completing a difficult workout or exercise, and hearing their stories of self-observed changes in regards to their bodies, performance, and energy/stress levels.

Fitness hobbies & other interests

I love strength training, walking my dogs, and trying out new recipes. I'm a nerd and enjoy researching health related topics.
