I believe that getting to know your clients on a personal level will let them know that you actually care about them, which will result in them believing in you and pushing themselves more.

Powerlifting and bodybuilding

Exercise is the best medicine
What has been your most rewarding moment as a trainer?
Being able to train and help one of my clients who had neck surgery to raise her arms over her head for the first time in 6 years post surgery.
