What's your fitness philosophy?

"You are far more capable of achieving goals than you realize. I help people realize their capability of accomplishing fitness goals."

How do you motivate participants?

"I create workouts that are fun, challenging, yet doable. I also incorporate music to suit the needs of the client. I share my own fitness achievements (and sometimes defeats) so that clients can see I'm 'real'."

Most rewarding moment

"One memorable occasion as a trainer was coaching a ND senior to run her first half marathon (the Holy Half). She was beaming as she crossed that finish line!"

What types of clients do you normally take on?

"I usually work with people who want to 'get in shape'  or who don't want to get out of shape. I also work with those who are wanting to train for a running event.

Fitness hobbies & other interests

"I love endurance sports and am currently training for a 50K. I plan to train for a 50 mile trail run in the future. Besides running, I enjoy biking, swimming, gardening, and spending time with friends and family."
