How do you motivate participants?

I motivate my clients by helping them create attainable goals, and by setting up measurable and tangible ways to check progress. Once they see the progress they want to stay with the program.

What are your fitness interests and other hobbies? 

My interest is how healthy nutrition and strength training helps build muscle, burns body fat and makes people feel energized. Overall I really like coaching.

What is your fitness philosophy? 

Definitely that it is never too late to start. Also: Everyone can build strength and increase muscle mass and thereby transform at any age. 

Why did you become a personal trainer? 

I am excited to teach a systematic approach to muscle building, fat loss and strength building. My clients become confident about using fitness facilities, understand the reason for their routines and the approach taken, and are able to reach their personal goals.
