What's your fitness philosophy? 

Intensity, Consistency, Patience. 

How do you motivate participants?

I usually emphasize what clients are doing correctly and slowly but surely bring up their weaknesses.  I firmly believe that successful performance feeds itself. I also try to make clients aware of the long-term implications of lifting. 

Most rewarding moment

It's not really a single moment, but the progress of watching a single perfect repetition turn into multiple repetitions, which in turn become multiple sets and eventually a complete and successful workout
