How do you motivate participants?

You have to make a change to see a change; tough love but you have to understand why discipline is so important.

What are your fitness interests and other hobbies? 

I enjoy learning/watching bodybuilding; love learning about nutrition. Interested in boxing. I go on runs quite often, but my favorite form of cardio is the stairmaster.

What is your fitness philosophy? 

When I have a negative thought or doubt my abilities, I think: if this statement were true, would I reach my goals? 

Why did you become a personal trainer? 

I want to help other people reach their goals! I am inspired to assist others and learn more about exercise along the way.
