Fitness should be a lifestyle of strength and motivation with a feeling of pure enjoyment from physical activity.

How do you motivate participants?

Having an energetic and motivating style of teaching with a fun personality. Encouraging my clients to step out of their comfort zone to create results, but at the same time teach them how to maintain good form and posture. Motivating my participants with positive reinforcement by asking them to Be Here, Be Strong, and Be Somebody!

Why did you become a Personal Trainer?

To enjoy every opportunity to work with clients to create a workout plan to meet their custom goals. Weight loss, increased muscle mass, improved flexibility, or just the desire to keep up with your kids are great reasons to seek a personal trainer.

My favorite workout is Cardio/Strength Intervals

With Me, you’ll train with dumbbells, balance balls, resistance bands, body weight exercises and much more! We’ll work together to ensure you stay on schedule, learn proper form, remain safe, and build confidence.
