I enjoy strength training and running. I love to be around the water, beach, boating. And hanging out with my three athletic boys.
What are your areas of specialty in personal training?
Strength and endurance training, fat loss. Plyometric training.
How do you motivate participants?
I create a vision of how to reach a clients goal and develop progressive steps to attain them. I give examples of others that I've helped. And with encouragement. Every day ordinary people accomplish extraordinary things!
What has been your most rewarding moment as a trainer?
I helped a client lose over 100 pounds and then helped his daughter lose over 50 pounds and changed her life.

Why did you become a Personal Trainer?
My father had a heart attack playing tennis at age 52. During his cardiac rehab I was hired at the hospital in a new fitness facility. It was there when I realized helping people improve their health through fitness is more than just a job. I have been passionately doing it for over 30 years.
