Helping people attain the level of fitness that they desire. Keeping them motivated to continue to exercise, eat correctly and make lifestyle changes.
How do you motivate participants?
I use my inflections in my voice and verbal encouragement during our training sessions.
Most rewarding moment
I love seeing people get their "a ha" moment when something I have been teaching them resonates and they totally get it!
Fitness hobbies & other interests
I enjoy working out on my reformer at home. I love doing Pilates. In my spare time I like hanging out with my friends, watching movies, and traveling.
