Yes. Saint Marys and Holy Cross students are permitted to join and practice with Notre Dame club sports.

The governing body of each club sport determines competition eligibility, and each club is encouraged to communicate with their governing body to find out about competition eligibility requirements for Saint Marys and Holy Cross members.

No. Faculty and staff are not permitted to participate in Club Sports. Faculty and staff may advise club sports if they are sought out by clubs to serve in an advisor capacity.

All students looking to create new club sport on campus are encouraged to visit the Student Activities Office Prospective Club page to find out more informaiton about the process.

1. Go to www.imleagues.com and click the orange “Sign Up” button. When creating an account, DO NOT select a school.
2. When choosing an email, you MUST use a NON-SCHOOL EMAIL
3. When you are done filling out your personal information, click “Create Account”
4. IMLeagues will email you a confirmation email. Click on the link to log into IMLeagues
5. In the top left corner, where it says “no school”, click “+ add network” 
6. On the Network page, in the network search bar type in “University of Notre Dame” 
7. When University of Notre Dame pops up, click the blue “Join” button
8. You will receive an error message that states you cannot automatically join the network, but that you can send a request to be approved by an administrator at your school. 
9. Enter Status and Graduation Year
10. In the “Request Message to Join School” enter the club you are wishing to join
11. Click “Send Request”.
12. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email notification asking you to login in
13. Once logged into IMLeagues, click on Club Sports Tab at the top of the page
14. Select Sport View to see the list of club teams
15. Click the green "Join Team" button next to the respective team of interest
16. Read the Waiver, Release, & Indemnification Agreement and click the Accept button at the bottom
17. Enter your phone number
18. Click the blue “Submit” button
