Join RecSports 5:30 – 7:30 PM Friday, Feb. 28 for another Even Friday family event, TaeKwonDo Clinic! TaeKwonDo is a Korean martial art that combines combat and self-defense with ancient tradition into sport and exercise. This clinic will introduce families to the foundations of TaeKwonDo as a sport and encompass the basics of stances, kicks, and Korean martial art terminology.
