Congratulations to Recreation Attendant, Finn Sweeney, on his April MOST Outstanding Employee of the Month Award!
Each month, the RecSports professional staff is asked to nominate an outstanding student employee for this monthly award. It is a student employee who they feel continually goes above and beyond to enhance our students and other participants' RecSports experience. We call this the MOST Outstanding Award!
Here's what Erin, Facility Operations Coordinator for the Smith Center, had to say about Finn!
"Finn has been a Rec Attendant for 2 years now. He is very committed, reliable, and knowledgeable. He often does operations supervisor duties without having the title. He is a leader on shift. He does an awesome job being active and walking around the facility; as he often walks most of his shifts. Finn communicated with Drew and me to help us respond to a staffing situation, and Finn filled in as the Operations Supervisor to help. Finn is great at communication and always informs me of anything facility-related I must know. Finn often works closing shifts because he wants to ensure that the facility looks clean and organized at closing. I really appreciate his hard work this past year!"
