The purpose of the MOST Outstanding Awards is to recognize those employees who exemplify the mission, vision, and values of RecSports by creating exceptional recreational experiences for the Notre Dame community. We call these the MOST Outstanding Awards because we feel all of our students are outstanding and these are the best of the best!

2020 – 2021 MOST Outstanding Student Employee of the Year
This MOST Outstanding Student Employee is a RecSports student staff member that continually goes above and beyond to enhance the participant experiences daily in our facilities and through our programs. No matter the circumstance, this employee can always be counted on for their ability to be proactive in their job duties, and consistently takes initiative to make RecSports a better place for the Notre Dame community.
