The Squash Club had a good weekend at UVA, though they definitely faced their toughest competition of the season. Notre Dame lost to the College of Charleston 1-8, lost to Fordham 1-8, lost to Richmond 3-6, and lost to UVA 0-9. A lot of players showed significant improvement since the beginning of the season (especially three freshmen who had no squash experience prior to this year), but the east-coast club teams proved too strong for the team. We played in UVA’s beautiful new McArthur squash center.
