Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. 2:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday Noon – 11:00 p.m. 2:00 – 8:00 p.m.

This banquet celebrates the continued dedication student employees have for RecSports

Smith Center for Recreational Sports Policies

Cardio Area
  • No feet on the monkey bars
  • No dropping weights on landmine
  • Return equipment to its proper storage location after each use
Resistance Training Area
  • Absolutely no dropping weights
  • Bars can’t be removed from the racks
  • It is the patron’s responsibility to use a spotter when performing lifting maneuvers 
  • Collars are strongly recommended any time a barbell is in use
  • Please return all equipment to its proper location after use
  • Top-loading additional weights onto weight stacks is prohibited
  • Please clean all padding after each use
  • Olympic lifting is not allowed, even within racks
  • Bumper plates can’t be used with any Olympic barbells (for landmine use only)
  • No climbing on top of monkey bars
Group Fitness Classes
  • It’s recommended that you consult your physician before engaging in an exercise program
  • Athletic shoes must be worn in all classes except Mind/Body classes
  • All personal items must be kept in a cubby or locker
  • Please wipe down all equipment after each use
  • Food is not allowed in the Activity Studios
  • All liquids must be in a closed, spill-proof container
  • Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to the Instructor
SYNRGY
  • No climbing on top of monkey bars
  • No feet on the monkey bars
  • No dropping weights on landmine
  • Return equipment to its proper storage location after each use
