Judy aims to create workouts that meet the unique needs of each client, challenging them while making it FUN! She firmly believes that strength training is essential for promoting a healthy, happy, and energetic lifestyle. Working with individuals of all fitness levels, Judy specializes in general strength training, functional fitness, and serves as a running coach. For leisure, Judy runs ultra marathons and holds the role of a local trail race director. She is the author of “Running Happy A-Z”, scheduled to be published in 2024.
