One-on-one training integrates health education and goal setting into challenging workouts specifically designed to meet the needs of the individual. All initial consultations are performed individually and are a part of the session total.

One-on-one virtual personal training allows you the flexibility to continue training or begin your training journey from the privacy of your own space. Group Personal Training provides the experience of one-on-one personal training for you and up to two individuals of your choice to learn and exercise together.

Personal training is available to any Notre Dame student, faculty, staff, retiree, or spouse with an active Irish1Card. Trainers will be matched with you based on your availability and theirs. You are able to request a specific trainer during the purchase and completion of your client questionnaire, but it is not guaranteed.

Caroline aims to enhance the lives of her clients through fitness, teaching them that being active is beneficial for both the body and mind. She believes there is no 'one size fits all' approach to working out and personalizes each program to be enjoyable, effective, and sustainable. Caroline emphasizes helping clients gain confidence and self-appreciation through exercise. While she works with all fitness levels, Caroline specializes in functional fitness and education. Outside of the gym, she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and watching movies with friends and family in her free time.

Connor’s ultimate goal is for his clients to be confident enough in their abilities that they are not only able to perform exercises correctly but also excel in reaching their fitness goals, uninhibited by form or progression errors. Connor wants to share his passion for fitness with his clients! Working with all fitness levels, Connor specializes in bodybuilding, general strength, and hypertrophy. Additionally, Connor enjoys opening Pokémon cards and keeps one of his favorites in his phone case.

While she works with clients of all levels, her expertise lies in agility, speed, balance, power, and coordination. Training with her guarantees a combination of hard work and a good time! Devon has a special passion for HIIT and athletic training workouts and firmly believes in the power of consistency—just keep showing up! Devon loves Beyoncé and, of course, dancing to Beyoncé.

Elizabeth aims to assist her clients in forming healthy and sustainable relationships with exercise. Her fitness philosophy is grounded in the belief that consistently moving every day in a way that makes you feel strong is essential. While Elizabeth works with individuals at all fitness levels, her specialization lies in functional fitness and strength training. Notably, Elizabeth has spent the past three summers teaching sailing lessons!

While Grace works with all fitness levels, her specialization lies in general strength and bodybuilding. Beyond fitness, Grace also holds a pilot’s license!

Judy aims to create workouts that meet the unique needs of each client, challenging them while making it FUN! For leisure, Judy runs ultra marathons and holds the role of a local trail race director. She is the author of “Running Happy A-Z”, scheduled to be published in 2024.

Serving as a personal trainer to the Michiana area since 2017, Kimberlee has over 1,500 hours of experience. In her leisure time, she trains and competes with the local roller derby team, plays video games, and spends time with her family.

Her motto is "You Can Do Hard Things" and embodies that by making her clients feel informed and empowered! She has a background in competitive gymnastics, track & field, and crosstraining. She specializes in body recomposition, strength training, and mobility and works with clients of all fitness levels.

Marcus' passion for fitness started over ten years ago after developing an interest in bodybuilding. He became a NASM Certified Personal trainer to guide and encourage others to reach their goals. He aims to empower others and provide a safe space to realize their true potential. Besides lifting weights, Marcus also enjoys kickboxing, making music, and anime.

Outside of training and her studies, Mary is the director of marketing for Girl Gains, a female lifting club on campus!

Olivia loves introducing people to new areas of the gym! She wants to make lifting weights a fun and healthy habit in the lives of all of her clients. Witnessing her clients' progress in both confidence and ability is the most gratifying aspect of her job. While she caters to all fitness levels, Olivia specializes in women's fitness, general weightlifting techniques, as well as muscle endurance and hypertrophy (growth) training. It's not surprising that fitness holds a special place in Olivia's heart—after all, her parents first crossed paths at the gym!

Regan believes that exercise is a fantastic way to care for both your physical and mental health. She is dedicated to meeting clients wherever they are in their fitness journey, encouraging them to become their best and healthiest selves. Regan works with all levels of fitness, but specializes in general strength (including building muscle and increasing endurance), gaining confidence, and functional fitness after an injury or with a medical condition. With a background in volleyball, downhill skiing, and tactical fitness gained through her work as an EMT at her local fire station, Regan brings a diverse set of skills to her approach.
