F.A.S.T. Schedule

F.A.S.T. (Faculty & Staff Training) is open to Notre Dame faculty, staff, and spouses of either of these groups. Classes are designed with the faculty/staff demographic in mind.

No-Show Policy (Effective 1/16/24)

Fitness classes have a finite number of spots available. To be fair to all participants, if you do not cancel and do not show up to a class, you are considered a “no-show” participant. Please see How to Register/Cancel for a Class

Free Week: Session I January 16 – January 22 Free Classes with facility eligibility (Online registration required)
Session I January 23 – March 15 Active Fitness Pass Required
Free Week: Session II March 18 – March 24 Free Classes with facility eligibility (Online registration required)
Session II March 25 – May 10 Active Fitness Pass Required (No Classes 3/29 – 3/31)
Free Modified Schedule (April 1) April 1 Free Classes with facility eligibility (Online registration required)

All Group Fitness & F.A.S.T. Classes require an active Group Fitness or F.A.S.T. Fitness Pass to participate – Check out Fitness Passes for more information

Free Week - All group fitness classes are free to students and employees with facility eligibility! Pre-registration is required via the RecRegister portal under “Fitness Free Week”
